Know What They Want

How do you know what your prospects and clients want? Do you test new items, methods of marketing, types of promotions? Do you feel like you are wasting time doing these things? How can you find out what they want????
The answer is simple - ask them!
You can easily setup an online or offline survey that is 5 or less questions and send to your current clients. Ask them what promotions attract them most, free shipping, buy 2 get 1 free, 10% off, etc. They want to tell you what they want and you want to know what they want to get the most of your marketing dollar - its a win-win!
I usually design surveys for clients and have a prize or reward at the end. Sometimes I announce it - complete this survey and get 10% any order placed today. Other times, I make it a surprise - thank you for completing a survey, here is a free shipping coupon! Both methods have there advantages, attract in the beginning or reward at the end to increase chances of them completing the survey next time.
